CPA Profile Pro is a desktop application that operates entirely locally on your computer. We do not collect, transmit, store, or have access to any of your personal data or the data you generate while using the Software.

Specifically, we DO NOT collect:

• Your name, email address, or any other personal identifiers.
• The names, settings, or contents of the profiles you create.
• Your proxy addresses, usernames, or passwords.
• Your browsing history, cookies, or any data from within the Chrome profiles you launch.
• Any usage analytics or crash reports.

All application data, including your license information and profile configurations (stored in files like chrome_profiles.json and app_config.json), resides exclusively on your local hard drive.

2. Information You Provide

The only information we receive is the email address you provide when you purchase a license. We use this email solely for:

• Sending you the Software download link and your license key.
• Providing customer support.
• Notifying you of critical software updates.

We do not sell or share your purchase email with any third parties.

3. Data Security

You are responsible for the security of the data on your own computer. Because the Software stores all information locally, including potentially sensitive proxy credentials, we strongly recommend you take appropriate measures to secure your computer, such as using full-disk encryption (e.g., BitLocker for Windows, FileVault for macOS) and maintaining good password hygiene.

4. Third-Party Services

The Software does not integrate with any third-party services that would receive your data. It simply launches the Google Chrome browser, which is subject to Google's own Privacy Policy.
