Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the CPA Profile Pro desktop application (the "Software") operated by us.
Your access to and use of the Software is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users who purchase, download, or use the Software.
1. License
- Lifetime Pro License: Upon a one-time purchase, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on a reasonable number of computers that you own. This license includes all future updates to the Software.
- Starter Pass (3-Month Subscription): Upon purchase, we grant you a 3-month, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software. You will receive updates released during your active subscription period. Access to the Software will cease if the subscription is not renewed.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree not to use the Software for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. You are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring your use of the Software complies with all applicable laws and the terms of service of any third-party websites or platforms you access.
- The security and management of the data created and stored by the Software on your local machine.
- Any and all activities that occur under the profiles you create.
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software.
- Modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software.
- Rent, lease, loan, resell, or distribute the Software.
3. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided "AS IS," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the Software or the use or other dealings in the Software.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the Software.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Software will immediately cease.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Cambodia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
